Since 1988, our missing has been to offer specially-designed programs and services to senior adults in a loving, compassionate, home-like environment, so that they can regain and maintain their independence, dignity and self-esteem while enjoying social relationships with others.

Our vision is to be the premier assisted living facility in the State of Tennessee, and our goal is simple – to serve people. As a family-owned business, we promote a strong sense of unity among our staff and our residents. At the Webb House, we live together, work together, play together, laugh together and cry together. People very sincerely care about one another, and we know each of our residents and their families personally.

The feeling of community found at the Webb House is unique and very unlike the climate sometimes found in large, corporate-owned retirement centers.
